Shipping Information

• Processing times vary by order but can take between 3-5 business days 

Here's an estimated timeframe for when you can expect your order once processed: 

• USA:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 weeks or 21-28 business days once shipped 
    
• Canada: 10-14 business days
• Europe: 10-14 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 15-20 business days
• Other Countries: 15-25 business days

Tracking Information: 

• Packages are shipped through either FedEx or UPS. Delivery updates may be delayed once tracking numbers are received due to the customs clearance process. Please contact us at info@urbanbaseline.com for any issues with tracking updates but please allow 5-7 days for tracking numbers to update. We will work to resolve any issues promptly if no update is provided within that timeframe.
